breaking the silence
I am breaking this blog's silence with this update: I have just spent an entire hour kneeboarding! Where else but at CWC!!
Yeah, I'm here for the weekend, spending some time away from work...as if we didn't just come from the Holidays. You cant ever have too many holidays, I think.
Now I have a confession...I am delaying my back-to-trying wakeboard until tomorrow. Why? Because I am scared. I am woman enough to admit that seeing all these pro wakeboarders is increasing my fear of falling into the water, hurting myself, or even possibly getting run over by the next boarder. I am consoling myself with the fact that its been 4 years since I've last been on a wakeboard. Tomorrow is the day. *gulp*
In the meantime, I will soak in the music, the free wifi and the *ahem* view. (Keep in mind ladies, CWC is a haven of foreign wakeboarders ;))
