I discovered them on telly while surfing channels aimlessly. Their latest single was entitled "Zebra" and the guitars and the beat caught my attention.

The group is Australian, and I was told they're Melbourne natives. I bought their CD when I had the chance since this is not something I'll find back home.

I've always been a rock/blues-sy chick, so its not a surprise that I like them.

Sweet!

Marlon invited us over for dinner last Saturday. It was the first time his swankin' new pad had that many people. There were oodles of food (thanks to Jax and Weng) and lots of laughs with Finding Nemo on DVD (it was the first time I've seen it) and a bloody boxing game on PS2.

The apartment is a classy,one-bedroom unit with two(count 'em,TWO!) balconies. One overlooking Lygon Street, and the other, overlooking the apartment complex and the swimming pool. Whether or not that pool is heated remains to be seen, but in this weather, I don't think anyone would dare jump in that water.

Lovely place, accessible location (tram stop a few walks away)...sweet indeed ;)

Warehouse Wedding!
